A twelve-week live build cohort · Cohort two
Build the skill set,
not just a skill.
For service providers, especially law firm owners, where client information cannot leave the room.
Get your time back. Keep your license. By the end your firm can build whatever it needs, without hiring anyone.
Money-back guarantee. Finish without one working system for your firm and you get every dollar back.
Or come to a free hour first, August 14 or 20.
Taught by Alexis Austin. Former homicide prosecutor. Owner of Right Law Group, the fastest-growing criminal-defense-only firm in Colorado, and of a legal technology company building AI that respects attorney privilege.
What you get
Your firm walks out with the tools it actually needs.
Hours back on the work you resent. A pre-bill review that took four hours every two weeks now takes minutes. One member's trial preparation went from a full day to forty-five minutes.
Your staff stop asking you. They ask a system you built instead. One member got about ten hours a week back that way.
Output that sounds like you. One member watched her own review process come back in her own voice, with her own notes in the margins.
Gaps closed you did not know were open. One owner's procedures looked solid until the review found holes that could have raised her malpractice exposure.
The judgment to tell good from bad. You will know whether a vendor, a new hire, or the next tool is any good, because you can do the work yourself.
Twelve weeks
One thing you keep every week.
Rules first
Accounts on the right tier, one designated place where everything you build will live, and a signed firm AI policy before anything gets built.
What your firm physically walks out holding
- An AI policy for your firm
- Your recurring tasks, sorted
- Skills built for your practice
- A knowledge base of what your firm knows
- Projects your whole team can use
- Connectors, with the gates set
- A dashboard on your own numbers
- The knowledge to build anything your firm needs, on your own
Proof
Firm owners, on their own material, on camera.
Everyone below completed the first cohort.
Confidentiality
Week one, before you build anything.
Never
- Client files in a consumer account
- Your practice management system connected
- Privileged material in an untested tool
- A build with no fence on what it can do
Always
- A business tier, chosen on retention terms
- A signed firm AI policy, and the reasoning on record
- Read-only first, on every connection
- A human gate on anything you cannot undo
What that looks like in practice
One day versus twelve weeks
One day teaches you one skill.
Twelve weeks teaches you the framework to run AI on your own, and to build whatever comes next.
Your guide
I built this because I watched the one-day version fail people.
I own a law firm. I have client confidences to protect and a license I am not willing to risk, so everything here was built inside those limits first and made efficient second. There is no version of one day that gets you there.

Fit
Who this is for, and who it is not.
This is for you if
- You run a service business where some client information can never leave the room
- You have dabbled in AI but do not have a real system in place
- You have staff who will need to use what you build, under rules you wrote
- You want to stop being the person every question comes to
This is not for you if
- You want it built for you. Every build here is yours, in your hands, on your material
- You cannot commit a few hours a week
- You do not want to understand how AI architecture works, or to customize it to your own firm
Logistics
Everything you need to know before you decide.

Questions
What firm owners ask before they enroll.
How much time does this actually take?
Two live hours a week, one on Tuesday and one optional on Thursday, both at 1:00 pm Pacific and 4:00 pm Eastern. Add roughly two hours for the week's build on your own processes. About four hours a week for twelve weeks.
The build work is where the systems actually get made, and it is what the guarantee is measured against.
I am already paying for a different AI tool. Does that work here?
The classes work primarily in Claude, because that is where the confidentiality architecture is strongest today. The method is platform-independent and taught that way, so how you scope a build, brief it, fence it and verify it applies wherever you prefer to work.
I am not technical. Is this over my head?
There is no code in this course. You are learning to specify, supervise and verify work, which is what you already do with staff and vendors.
One member came in with no programming experience at all and standardized how every attorney in his firm handles a jury trial.
What if I have a trial or a closing and miss a week?
Every session is recorded and posted within 24 hours, and watching the recording satisfies the attendance condition of the guarantee. The Thursday open room is where you catch up on anything the recording left unclear.
How do you handle client confidentiality?
It is week one, before anything gets built. You learn the difference between training, storage and retention, a test you can apply to any tool before putting anything into it, and which account tier is a confidentiality decision rather than a budget one.
You leave that week with a signed firm AI policy and a written record of the decision behind it. We never connect your practice management system, and you will understand exactly why.
Can my staff attend?
Yes, and it is the recommended way to do this. The price covers your firm, so bring whoever needs to be in the room. There is no per-person charge and no cap. If you are a solo, the price is the same.
Week nine is specifically about rollout: permissions, what staff may and may not touch, and how you train people on something you built.
I took an AI course already and still cannot build anything. Why is this different?
One rule: no week is complete without an artifact you keep, built on your own material. And before the final session you build one complete system alone, with no guidance, which is how you find out whether the method transferred.
What happens when the twelve weeks end?
You keep everything: the systems, the knowledge files, the policy, and the designated home you have been building in since day one. Portal access runs twelve months. The design goal of this course is that you do not need me afterward.
If you do want to keep going, you will be able to attend focused workshops and join our community of AI architects, for continued support and for the people. It is there if you want it, and nothing about your systems depends on it.
Not ready to enroll
Start with one hour. Watch one thing get built.
We build one AI employee together, start to finish. You leave with the thing itself, the files behind it, and a clear view of whether this method holds up.
One example is not a method. That is the honest part, and it is what the twelve weeks are for.
Friday, August 14 or Thursday, August 20. Both sessions 2:00 pm Eastern.
